- Attend all general membership and executive committee meetings
- Take detailed minutes and attendance at all meetings
- Create flyers, posters and other necessary advertising, as well as be responsible for all invitations
- Notify the school, community and local media of National Honor Society activities and events
- Assist the president in carrying out plans of action for events and activities, including the Induction Ceremony
- Keep minutes of meeting
- Perform all other duties designated by the advisors
